Our Story

Diamondized was born, and Kameo started it all.

Kameo was created in honor of my late mother, Kristy Ann Martinez Sykes (1973–2022)—a beautiful, hardworking, and resilient woman who poured everything into her family and community. She was a single mother who taught us drive, ambition, and the power of showing up for others.

No matter what she was doing—working long hours in marketing, volunteering in the community, or giving her time when she had little to give—she always wore her signature red lipstick. It was her shield, her statement, and her power. Even after a long day, it never faded, and neither did her love. She left her mark on us with every kiss, every letter sealed with lipstick, every moment of strength.

Her nickname was Kameo—because she always made an appearance, radiant and unforgettable. That spirit lives on through our Kameo Red Lipstick, a timeless shade designed to last through it all—lunch, long days, kisses, and memories—just like hers did.
